4.2 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment method belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. hibajee 24 reserves the right to void winnings and return the original deposit if a third-party deposit is detected.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where hibajee 24 determines at its sole discretion that an alternative method is appropriate. Before any withdrawal is approved, your account must have passed all required KYC checks. Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours of submission during normal business hours aligned to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
4.4 Transaction Limits
hibajee 24 reserves the right to set, adjust, or enforce daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits at the platform level. Additionally, players may voluntarily set personal deposit limits via their account dashboard as part of our responsible gaming tools. Player-set limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
5. Bonuses & Promotions

8. Account Suspension & Closure
hibajee 24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of cheating, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated against hibajee 24 by the player or their payment provider.
- Evidence that the account is being operated by a person under the age of 18.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by hibajee 24.
8.1 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. hibajee 24 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. If, after notification, the account remains inactive and the registered email is unreachable, hibajee 24 reserves the right to close the account and donate any residual balance to a charitable cause in accordance with applicable guidelines. 8.2 Voluntary Closure
You may request closure of your hibajee 24 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their natural outcome and the resulting balance paid out to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
8.3 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of hibajee 24 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
